Day 1 – Arrival in Lisbon

Day 2 – Lisbon

After that, head to Belém on your own and try the delicious Portuguese gastronomy. You can freely explore the monuments that bring the colonial memory – such as the Torre de Belém, Padrão dos Descobrimentos and Jerónimos Monastery – and walk side by side the Tagus river.

Day 3 – Lisbon - Sintra - Lisbon

Day 4 – Lisbon - Évora
Pick-up your rental car in the morning and head to Évora, where you will spend the following days. Évora, a book of Portuguese art history.
The best way to see the city is on foot, walking through its narrow streets lined with white houses, discovering along the way the monuments and details that reveal the history of Évora and its rich Heritage

Day 5 – Évora

Day 6 – Évora - Estremoz - Évora
Wine tasting and regional degustation lunch it’s what you can expect on a fantastic visit to a Alentejo regional wine estate, in one of the beautiful surrounding towns.

Day 7 – Évora - Marvão - Serra da Estrela
Now it's time to go north!
You will drive to Serra da Estrela and meet another one of our incredible destinations. But first, make a small detour to Marvão, a peaceful town located inside a medieval castle. You can unveil the narrow streets with the pleasingly popular houses that are typical of Alentejo.
Now, is time to go all the way up to the top of the mountain! Try not to fall in love with the views – time to go to the highest mountain in mainland Portugal.

Day 8 – Serra da Estrela
Serra da Estrela is a place of rare landscape beauty, where you will have the opportunity to do all sorts of radical sports.
From hiking to mountain biking or even skiing or snowboarding, during the winter. This Portuguese region is well-known by the delicious production of cheese, and to allow you to learn more about this local delicacy, you will have a unique and exclusive artisanal cheese making tour.
As part of this, you will experience a “shepards” unique moment.

Day 9 – Serra da Estrela - Porto
Next stop: Porto! Today you will head to the capital of the north.

Day 10 – Porto
Start the day with a guided walking tour around Porto historic center. Our local guide will teach you about one of Europe's oldest cities and discover some of its hidden gems.

Day 11 – Porto - Douro Valley - Porto
Today you are going to the most famous Portuguese wine region: Douro Valley.
Adorned by the Douro River, this amazing place gathers tranquility and magic. So, get ready for a super Boat Trip where you will be able to admire the unique landscape that is classified as a UNESCO heritage.
In the afternoon, learn about the wine making process through a Winery Visit. This experience includes a delicious wine tasting. Make sure you take a moment to admire the golden hillsides covered with vineyards.

Day 12 – Porto
Although small in size, Portugal has a rich and varied gastronomy, based on the Mediterranean diet but with several influences.
The Portuguese, which presented the world with new worlds, brought from their trips among others, spices and sugar which were rapidly incorporated in our cuisine.
You will experience a Cooking Class and learn to prepare traditional Portuguese dishes based upon tipical recipes. Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.

Day 13 – Porto - Aveiro - Óbidos - Cascais
It is time to start your journey back south. And the first stop is in Aveiro.
Visit the Portuguese Venezia and take a Moliceiro Boat Trip (traditional long narrowboats) along Ria de Aveiro.
Then you will explore the medieval town of Óbidos where you will find a well-preserved city that lays within the walls. There is something you must try: the famous sweet liquor made from Morello cherries, called Ginjinha, that is served in chocolate cups – and eaten afterwards.
Then you will head to Cascais after lunch!

Day 14 – Cascais
Spend your last full day in Portugal strolling in Cascais. This once tiny fishing village has grown massively in the last century to become the elegant beach town that it is today. Visitors are no stranger to Cascais, having attracted various monarchs over the ages, a summer-dwelling artistic community in the thirties and continued to charm people both Portuguese and foreign ever since.
In spite of its proximity to Lisbon and having become larger in size, the centre of the Costa do Sol, still retains much of the charm of its fishing past and indeed present.
The daily catch is still auctioned in the harbourside square and colourful boats still bob in the harbour, their owners are often found mending nets on the quay. Cascais’ fishing history is remembered in the Museu do Mar with displays of artefacts, photographs and model boats.

Day 15 – Departure from Lisbon
It seems that your journey has come to an end. In Portuguese, we use to say that “good times end quickly". Our representative will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the airport.
